At EssentialsHoodieUS.com, we want to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. This Return and Refund Policy applies to all orders shipped within the USA. Please read the following information carefully to understand our return and refund process.
Returns for U.S. Orders:
We accept returns on most merchandise within 7 days of the delivery date. If 7 days have passed since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Please note that a restocking fee of $15 will be deducted from your order refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in the original packaging with the tags attached.
To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@essentialshoodieus.com. Our support team will review your request and provide a return label if your claim is approved. Make sure to include the reason for your return and your order number in the email.
Once your return is prepared, you can drop it off at your local post office. All returns are shipped back to our warehouse. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to arrive at our facility. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
After your return is delivered, please allow 2-3 business days for us to inspect and process the return. You will receive an email notification once your refund is processed. Please allow 10-15 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.
International Returns:
We accept international returns, but all fees, including return shipping, are the responsibility of the customer.
To return a product, please contact us at sales@essentialshoodieus.com. Our support team will review your request and provide an unpaid return label if your claim is approved.
Exchanges (U.S. Orders Only):
We offer exchanges for different sizes of the same style originally purchased. If you wish to purchase a new style, please place a new order. There is no return shipping or restocking fee for exchanges.

International Exchanges:
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges on international orders.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you have received an email confirming your refund, please allow 2-7 business days for the funds to reach your account. If the refund has not been received within this period, please contact your bank or credit card company for further assistance.
Missing Items:
Before assuming that an item is missing from your package, please check the packing materials carefully. Some items may be shipped separately, and you will receive different tracking numbers if this is the case.
Lost Packages:
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking number shows that your package has been successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout, we are not liable for any misplaced items. Canceling/Amending Orders:
Once your order is placed on a weekday, our warehouse quickly processes it, which means we cannot make changes or cancel the order after it has been placed. This includes changes to the delivery option, address, or payment method.
If your order is placed on a weekend or holiday, you may be able to cancel it and place a new order if you notify us within 24 hours.
